Recognizing a dish from a photo, estimating a portion and food-database data can be inaccurate or out of date. The typical error of a photo estimate is several tens of percent, especially for sauces, oil and home-cooked dishes. So the numbers are a guide, not a laboratory analysis. Any entry can be corrected.
Allergen marks are a hint, not a safety guarantee. Ingredient data in databases can be incomplete, a manufacturer may have changed a recipe, and the ingredients of restaurant dishes cannot be seen from the name. If you have an allergy, always read the ingredients on the package and ask the venue. When Hroomy says “ingredients unconfirmed”, it means we do not know whether the dish contains an allergen.
